Occasionally, fabric delays may occur. These delays are beyond our control and typically stem from mill backorders or supply chain issues. If there is any issue with the availability of your selected fabric, we will contact you directly to discuss options. Otherwise, no additional communication will be sent while your order is in production.
We understand you're excited to receive your order, and we appreciate your patience during the production process. However, once an order is in progress, we are not able to provide updates beyond confirming that it is in production. Our time is best spent focusing on creating your order, and frequent requests for updates can slow down the production timeline for all customers.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to follow your shipment once it leaves our factory.
Custom manufacturing takes time. Each cushion and sling is made one at a time with care and attention to detail. We kindly ask that customers avoid checking in for order updates within the first few weeks of placing an order. The best thing you can do is sit tight and know that your order is being created just for you—and it will be worth the wait!
