Order Lead Times & Fabric Availability
At Cascadia Outdoor Cushions, every cushion is custom-made to order using the fabrics you select. Because of this, our production timeline is directly tied to fabric availability. While we strive to maintain an average lead time of 6–8 weeks, current industry-wide fabric delays and mill backorders are creating longer wait times — in some cases 10 weeks or more.
These fabric delays are beyond our control, and unfortunately, standard lead times are no longer guaranteed across all orders. We know this can be frustrating, and we share your disappointment when delays occur. Please know that our team monitors fabric status daily, and as soon as your chosen material is available, we immediately move your order into production.

Order Status Updates
We understand the excitement of receiving your new custom cushions, and many customers are eager for updates along the way. To set clear expectations: we do not send status updates during the production cycle.
Here’s what you can expect:
Once your order is placed, it enters our production schedule.
During production, there are no intermediate updates — this is normal.
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Because every cushion is custom-made, the process takes time, especially if fabric availability is impacted. Contacting us before the quoted lead time (6–8 weeks, sometimes longer depending on fabric backorders) will not speed up your order.
We kindly ask for your patience while your order is being crafted. Rest assured — we are working diligently, and you will be notified the moment your cushions are on their way.

Our current lead time varies by season and begins from the date your order is placed. Orders are carefully processed in the order they are received, and while we do our best to stay within our quoted timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Every cushion and sling we create is custom-built to order — there are no pre-made or ready-to-ship items in stock. All products are proudly manufactured in the USA to your specifications, ensuring you receive exceptional quality and craftsmanship tailored just for you.
